SHIPPING

❖ We will send you a confirmation number on your order once we see that your order has been
purchased and approved for shipment.

❖ Your order will be processed 24 hours after it has been received.

❖ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

❖ Our shipping department operates Monday-Friday

❖ Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

❖ Orders CAN be shipped to P.O. and A.P.O Boxes.

 
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

❖ We do ship internationally and to military addresses. International delivery can take longer than domestic shipping. However, we work diligently to process and ship orders out quickly to improve delivery time.

❖ Tracking numbers are available for international orders.

 
 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

❖ Upon shipment and once packages have been confirmed as delivered to the order address,
Wrap-A-Loc bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. To receive information on shipments presumed lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and make sure to have your tracking number readily available. Once the order has shipped and tracking capabilities become available, we strongly recommend tracking your shipment’s progress closely. We also recommend being available to receive your shipment directly on the estimated package arrival
date or contacting the carrier to schedule a pick up at their holding facility.

 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

❖ Our order fulfilment and delivery frameworks are intended to get packages shipped out rapidly and effectively. All cancellations must be done within 24 hours of purchase to avoid shipping costs.

 
 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

❖ We are committed to your complete request. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges plus a 15% restock fee will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the
exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned merchandise must be in their original unused
condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

❖ To start the exchange process, please send your order number and we will email you a return label, along with an invoice that includes all additional costs.

❖ Refunds on returned items will be processed and issued to the original form of payment. We will
credit your account upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Please allow 15-30 business days to view this transaction in your account.
